Oil On Primed Jute – 122cm Wide x 117cm High
This works relation to the original drawing is based around the interaction of the two figures. To me the relation was important as it had a strong link to how I found myself responding to the experience of traveling to the schools in Mae Sot last year. Our ability to help is limited but each step we have taken is one that has the potential to allow growth of a child where it may have not been possible before hand. The roles are also reversed where we the ex-pats are learning from the children and the communities and cultures that we came into contact with.
A unique reaction for all.
